oh those guys are fat! Certainly they can't know anything about training. They are not smarter than Ronnie Coleman. They lack arm defenition, I would never listen to them!

The big squat guy is john bernor. The other guy is a strong man in training, and that press was incredible.

To futher this i would say to gain arm defenition they would need high reps and to try and work out all parts of the muscle inside out and upside down to really etch in that detail!!!!
