I am curious and would like to know what is the arm workout (delts, triceps and biceps) you guys here are using. Mind posting them?
Mine is... Delts: 1) Military Press : 2 x 8 2) Side Raise: 2 x 8 3) Dumbbell Press: 3 x 6 Triceps: 1) Skull Crushers: 10, 2 x 8 2) Pressdowns: 2 x 10 3) Bench Dips: 2 x 15-20 Biceps: 1) Barbell Curls: 3 x 8 2) Preacher Curls: 4 x 5 |

I use all of those exercises. I typically do a light/heavy routine, meaning one week I work arms heavy weight, low reps; the next week I will use lighter weight, and incorporate drop sets and/or supersets.
