    It keeps your body cool, it doesn't mean you are loosing fat.

    Evaporation is a cooling process, basically. Sweat goes on your skin, and soaks up all of the warmest molecules on your body. It then evaporates, taking with it the warmest molecules on your body, which, in turn, lowers your overall body temperature by leaving behind the cooler molecules.
