You foreman, we were just talking about your Quote from the bible in school the other day, but that's beside the points.

bench, you need to start doing some incline and flat bench flys, as well as some cable movements, see if that helps you out.

Is your chest growing slower than the rest of you, or has your chest stopped growing while the rest of you has continued to grow? There is a big difference.

you might want to cut the heavy presses down to 2, and use more intensity.

i like to do a barbell press and a dumbell press, flat and incline (i change up what i start with), possibly follow that up with a set or two on a hammer strength machine just to squeeze it a bit more, then some sets of flys.

you dont really need to do all this changing up of your routine when you are trying to build your initial mass. yes change is the essence of growth, but give yourself a month or two or three to progress on a lift (like say start with flat barbell press every time), striving to lift heavier weights with proper form.

    Still Alive.

If his chest is just growing slower than the rest of him, then he probably doesn't have a good chest genetically. This can probably be helped somewhat by training, but it isn't guaranteed.

If his chest has ceased growth while the rest of him continues to steadily grow, then there is definitely something wrong with the routine, and perhaps he needs to provide more detail.

The other possibility is that his chest is doing just fine and he is so caught up in having a big chest, like many, that he doesn't realize the proportion he has is natural. I would be willing to bet that is the case.

Furthermore, his body may have totally ceased growing because he isn't eating enough, yet he is so focused on chest growth that he doesn't realize this.
