Little Intro...
Since I wont be in many of the sections, and not everyone reads the intro/general pages, I figured I'd introduce myself to those I'll have the pleasure posting with.
My name's Keenan Hollingsworth, I'm 16 years old, and I'm a powerlifter. I'm preparing for a compeition Dec 11/05. Here's some stats. I'll include what I think they are now, because these maxes are a little, shall we say, elderly Deadlift: 365 (385-405) Squat: 315x2 (350-360) Bench: 185 (200-205) I'm currently moderating at the forum GorillaBarbell in the teen sections, and interviewing pros in the interview section (also modding it). I doubt I can post a link, but if you want one, I'm sure I'd be allowed to PM it? It's not a big board, so it wont take any attention away from this one Anyways, just thought I'd say hi, and I hope to learn alot, and mabey teach someone something someday ![]() |

Welcome sir. It's good to see someone else interested in strength come to the boards. We have bodybuilders in spades, so it is nice to spice it up a little more.
Those are some pretty decent numbers too. Looks like you are making some steady progress. How much do you weigh, and what kind of routine are you currently doing? |

Cow: I'm currently on a made up routine. I train deadlift Monday, bench Wednesday, grip Thursday and squat Friday. Exercise 1- 3RM " " 2- 3x3 " " 3- 5x5 " " 4- 5x5 I dunno what I wheigh. I've started to cut recently, and am trying to saty away from the scales (I just wanna look better tbh, no reason to be fat in highschool). I never did good with scales (if it showed up I gained weight, even from a bigger meal, it makes me paranoid). Thanks for the warm welcome guys! ![]() |
