    Working out and the increase of growth hormone released.

    Can anyone find me a credible article adressing this? I know it's true and everything, I just want proof. I can't find anything on google.

    Try pubmed/medline. If there has been a legit study on it, it will probably be on there.

    This is a debatable topic, my Physiology professors all said it was bull shit but I'm not sure where I stand on the issue.......and I too would like to see some legit research on this.....somebody has to have done some??

    There are a few studies listed in that thread I posted the link to. Granted, you could probably find plenty of studies refuting the information, but I have just come across far more information supporting the additional release of certain anabolic hormones as a result of exercise than denying it.
