first bulk. look ok to you?

    WAS 180 and fat
    I now weigh 160 and am 5'7
I want to bulk up and have done some research and wanted to pass it by you all for comments/advice

I was cutting for 6 months, I still have a small beer belly but I can't keep cutting forever. Time to add some meat and see the abs in the next cut cycle.

    BTW, I am a endomorph

    Nutrition:
I am now at 1500-1800 cals per day. Bulk plan:
    2000-2200 per day
    210g protein 190 g carbs 50g fat

then every week up it by 300 cals till I hit 3000

    training:
    switch to 3 day split:
    MON: chest tricep shoulders
flat, incline, dips, kickbacks, front lifts, side lifts, rear fly

    WED: back traps bicep forearm
chins, bentover rows, one arm db rows, deads, ez-culs, rev ez-curl, forearm curl, shrugs

    FRI: legs calfs
squats, ham curls, seated calf, straight leg dead, standing calf

cardio on Tues, and Thurs, to be sure I don't add too much fat.

any advice/comments would be greatly apreciated.
If all looks good, please say so also !!!

    thanks!
