Not really with the weights, but to get ripped you could do more cardio and most of all you must have a good diet.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

No, not really. You can do your weight training with low rest intervals or in a circuit to boost the amount of calories you burn during and after the workout. However, this isn't necessary if your diet is in check.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Give up the 6-pack look and bulk diet for 8weeks...

    Then, diet down...

When you get to where you think you look good...

Bulk up and get some more muscle...

    Easy Cheesy

should you progressively increase intensity workout to workout like during bulking for cutting and if so does that mean you can gain muscle?

increasing intensity (the amount of load used in relation to your 1RM) means that you are increasing strength. It doesn't always mean you are gaining muscle although often times if one happens the other happens. However, one could be dieting and hypocaloric and still increase strength if the properly set up their program and the intensity/volume is accounted for.

below maintenance level (unless you are using steroids) you wont gain muscle mass. Unless you are a complete newbie, coming off a long lay off or have an extremely high amount of BF.

Anytime is a good time to gain strength however.

thanks! also if you do gain the strength during the cutting phase then you bulk afterwards can you get muscle mass from the strength gains you got from cutting afterwards?

the excess calories that you will intake after you are done cutting will most defenitly help you to gain more mass. The strength gains that you have made or maintained during your cutting phase will most defenitly be a plus in your quest for more size.

You and everyone else in the bodybuilding world. Oh well. Adding size and strength wouldn't instill as much pride as it does if it were easy.

Just eat a high calorie diet containing lots of protein, moderate carbs and low to moderate fats, with 50% of those fats coming from a efa source. cut all carbs off by 6 pm except for a little bit of trace carbs coming form veggies. Get up in the morning, have a 1 scoop protein shake in water and then do 45 min's of a cardio. Make that cardio a 45 min brisk walk or use a treadmill at around 3.3-3.5 mph. This will keep you from gaining a lot of fat while bulking.

Just eat about 5% over maintenance. Fat gains should be minimal.
