    Finally....

...I am able to do pull ups. A while back I made a post that I couldn't do pull-ups worth a damn. I was using 120lbs of help to do a set of 8 reps, and couldn't come close to doing a pull up with no weight assistance. After taking the advice from people on this thread, I incorporated other back exercises into my workout, and the other day I did 2 pull ups without weight help (weigh 240lbs so its kind of tuff for me). Anyways, thanks for the help!!!! I love the feeling of accomplishment!!!!

Nice man. A pullup at 240 pounds is no easy task!

I can also finally do a pull up, and it's pretty hard at 225 as well!

I know what a good feeling it is to finally do a pullup. I just was to do my first a couple of months ago. Not bad for a 53 yr old man who weighed 235 lbs when he got his chin above that bar for the first time
