    need new training advice.

Ok. Ive gotten past the "begginning barriers" ive lifted for a year to the month. (the first six months i started training was with a bowflex, and the past six months have been with free weights and iso lateral bench press). I went fairly light, and im ready to beggin to go heavy and just take my training to the next level. I gained 40 pounds the past year (at the same bodyfat) without any roids. Im about 18, and ive always thought of myself as an ecto/meso kinda guy. i have the long limbs and what not, but i gain/loose weight very easily and now- i recover from my exercises VERY rapidly (i have high levels of testosterone) my roomate was saying that for him, working out 5-6 days a week doing a full body routine each day (ie heavy light light heavy light light) worked great. admittedly, he is more meso than i and bulks up quick. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a 5 day split based on core lifts. preferably squat, bench, and a back movement. im looking to gain as much weight as possible, and i dont mind trying unconventional means. (eg 20 rep squat, working out 2 a day, or whatever) it is very hard for me to overtrain, and if anything, i need a higher volume to make my gains. all suggestions are welcome. thanks in advance!

I can't tell if you're asking for a full body routine or a 5 day split. If you're looking at a full body routine, check this out:

This article from Gopro is kind of split up into a 5 day split if you want an example of one:
