    i work fom night till morning; 8pm till 8am

    i have a main problem for my work out recently that i need to work form night till morning ... i heard many ppl said muscle wont grow form overnight.

    i have been bodybuilding for 1 years .... recently i start work and i realized my body was drastically dropping !! 5kg in 2 weeks from 97kg to 92 kg.OMG

    i am very worried about my body and can anyone suggest some steps or good supplement to recover back

    my shift will change to "am to pm" & "pm to am" every 2 weeks .. and i only need to work 3 -4 days a week.
    i am 23 years old... pls teach me ...

    are there any bodybuilder who are working like me ??? but they got good result

    I work that same schedule, almost except mine rotates more. I get off at 7am and wake up usually around 1pm. I take glutamine 2times daily. Once right after workout and once right before sleep. it's not an easy schedule but you will get used to it. I workout first thing when I wake up that way I'm not too tired and have time to get things done before I go back to work at 7pm.

    just make sure you get your meals in 5-6 daily, eat before sleeping when you take your glutamine and you shouldn't have any troubles

    hmm .... thanks for ur reply ., but working at night it still bring disadvantages for bodybuilders rite ..

    any more suggestion ?

    If you're losing weight and still working out, then most likely you aren't keeping your diet in check. As long as you are getting enough sleep, no matter the time, then you should be fine.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    I worked through something similiar and its fine. Just make sure you eat and sleep adequate amounts. The hardest part is finding the energy to train, but even that, wasn't too bad.

    Actually i dont have any professional trainer and guidance....,,

    i eat like normal like the past 2 years i did,

    4 to 5 meals a day, sometimes 6
    rice, eggs and waters ..

    and yet my body still dropping.. some of the senior told me that its a very unbenificial to workout for the night shift, and his advice is "change the job"

    what should i do....well do urs body improve while still working on shift ???
