    are you black and blue?

do you have a limited ROM?

does your chest hurt through a specific ROM?

Is that pain muscular or something else?

Pain muscular..........something like that. I have this pain where my upper chest, front delt, and collarbone meet together.

hmm, sounds like you're talking about a rotator cuff muscle. Im no expert, but I'd go see a doctor if it doesn't go away.

I get that pain all the time. It's probably not serious, mine goes away after a couple of days rest from working out. I also will keep stretching. But again, if it doesn't go away and starts to hurt more, see a doctor. My pain was never really that bad.
