    slight pain in chest?

seems like it started out shortly after i started lifting with heavier weight and less reps. 3 sets with 4-7 reps, compared to 3 sets with less weight at 10-12 reps.

started out as a bone popping. like when you do butterflys... when i would stretch that way with my arms, right in the middle of my chest close to the bottom of my collar bone it would pop. not a quiet pop either, loud. sometimes i would feel the need to pop it when id be somewhere in public and people around me would look like wtf because they could hear it! lol

now theres no more popping, more like a soreness. whenever i move my upper body in a butterfly work out, or breathe in hard i can feel the pull.

something i should be worried about or get checked out?

wasnt going to post about this but just got this pain stretching for the mouse!! lol anyone know a good way i guess you could say to rehibilitate my elbow?

lifted too much weight AWHILE back, doing up right machine skull crushers. was really bad pain like i tore/strained a muscle. the pain isnt no where as intense as it was the first time i had done it. just now when i do skull crushers anymore i cant do near as much weight as i know im capable of because the pain is unbearable. i took about a month off of my triceps to let my elbow rest up and its still there...? maybe a slip on elbow brace when lifting?

Sounds like a possible torn or strained ligament. Be careful when you do flyes not to extend your elbows behind your shoulders. But I'm not sure how to treat ligament problems, so I don't know if this even helps.

you are talking about my elbow right?

my chest doesnt hurt/pop when i work it out, just after like later on in the day/next day. butterflys, bench, nothing bothers it. well, besides dips kinda do but other than that its un-noticeable when lifting.
