    Getting Rid of that Belly!

Hi, i've just recently signed up for the forums, been looking on here for some tips etc, so i thought why not create a topic.

Okay, i'm 19, and i want to get rid of my belly, make it slimmer (or tone it) in the quickest way possible.

    I weigh 13 stone / 182 pounds my heights 6"2
And around a 36-37 inch waist.

I dont do much excercise, and my daily eating is like so:

    Breakfast: Kellogs Frosties
    Lunch: Chicken and Chips
    Dinner: Chicken and Chips again!

But most of the time i dont have Lunch, i skip it and just wait for dinner to cut down on fats. I'm willing to do whatever it takes, could someone perhaps create a training program or give me some tips on getting rid of the belly!

    drink lots of water!!!!!!!
try to cut out most of your daily sugar intake as well
    this means no soda!
if you must though, one diet soda a day wont kill you

    1) Read the stickies. They have all the stuff you want to know.

    2) If you won't do that, stop skipping meals. Go from 3 to 5 or 6. Count your calories, make sure you are getting the right distribution.

    3) Start working out, at least some cardio 3x week.

A great place to start is in the Online Journals section. Many of the great bodybuilders here post both their workouts and diets.

Go through those journals and get a feel for what bodybuilding entails. It's will help start you in the right direction.

    Good luck!

    1. Best way is to incorporate a good training regimine and diet. You might look through the training sections and online journals for workout ideas, or post on some of those threads for people to help you develope a routine.

    2. That is a very bad diet! First off try to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, secondly drop the "chips" completely from your diet. The diet and nutrition area is full of diet tips, you can also post your diet in that section and the Moderator there will help you come up with a good healthy eating plan.

The first thing you should focus on is your diet. Your diet is not conducive to fat loss. Check out this thread to get started, and make sure you read every word of it:

In terms of training, you should begin by incorporating a mix of cardio and resistance training. Start out by performing some light cardio, or whatever intensity you can handle, for 30 minutes maybe 2-3 days per week. Here is something to help you get started designing a weight training routine:
