    i work out for an hr a day for 5 days a week at my local gym then 30 mins on the thread mill at home 3-4 days a week ive 3 different routines at the gym consisiting of bench pressing,lat raises etc everything really lol

    45 mins to an hour occasionally for only 30 mins but not very often.

    I mean come on, warm ups, stretches, is it really so hard to believe? Oh you mean JUST the workouts? Hmm, yea an hour is the least I can ever do.
    If you stick to a no bullshit workout consisting of mostly all compound movements, you can definitely get in and out in less than an hour and see results. When I did HIT routines, I finished the lifting portion of my workout in like 30 minutes sometimes.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    45 minutes or less. A recent study showed cortisol levels start to rise rapidly after 47 minutes which will in turn make your workout counterproductive.
