    Do you study about working out more than actually working out?

    I can tell a lot of you do this and its funny because there's no magic routine you can do. So just tha damn weights!

    Nope! Thought about all this crap 24 years ago for about the first year I worked out.....but even as a teenager I knew the only way to learn was by experience not books. Books can be helpfull but on the job training is the real sorce of knolledge.

    I agree that there is no "magic formula". There really is no point in arguing about that. There are many methods out there, and they have all been used successfully.

    I'm interested in things exercise science related, so I devote a lot of time to reading, learning, and helping others do the same. Not to mention, I would like to enter a career somewhere in the field.
