Your post is very unclear, also how are we to know what you are talking about when you give us no information.......what you posted before does not help us understand here.
no i don't have gyno or whatever it is....ok it feels like theirs a lump, knot, pebble or whatever you wann call it behind my nipples the doctor said it was homones and i should of gone away within 5-12 months and its been 24months any ideas on what i should do..lower bf%,cardio, anything?
it must be fat tissure or something bc it feels like a ball or something i plan on doing cardio every day until it goes away at this point i don't really care if i lose all my muscle aslong as this stupid shit goes away
Sounds like your Doctor didn't tell you what it was or maybe you didn't pay attention to him.......
Either way I have no Idea what to tell you since you dont even know what it is.
ok heres exactly what our coversation was... doc:"what are you here today for?"me:"it feels like theirs a knot in my chest behind my nipples and i think i've been here before about it" doc:"yes you were here before in 2003 about it,so pull up your shirt and let me take a look(i raised up shirt)yeah it feels like you still have a little lump their and it should of gone away within 5-12months has it gotten bigger or smaller" me:"it has stayed the same" doc:"hmmm maybe yours will take a little longer and their is no reason to have surgery if it don't hurt and their really aint much you can do for it"......and thats it

i know exactly what you're talking about i had the same thing behind one or both of my nipples (can't remember) at probably the exact same age (no bigger than the nipple)... i had never lifted weights at that point... never went to the doctor about it because it never made it past my mom's "get over it" detector... i just kind of forgot about it and it went away, i wouldn't worry about it too much
