    bad headache

Monday I started really liftin agian for the first time in about 3 months. It was an upperbody day and when I was doing the bench press i felt a sudden pain in my head, and every rep i did it got worse and worse until i finished. The headache is still kinda here but it is fading. Any clues to what it was. This also happened when i first started liftin in january. All help appriciated.

You weren't breathing properly and you popped a blood vessel or something? I have no idea, but that doesn't sound like a good thing...
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I would definately go see a doctor, especially if it's not the first time this has happened. Don't put it off, it's not worth it.
