    My Best Deadlift!!!!

    This is me and this is how you correctly do a deadlift .Im thinking of going up in weight next week since i did this so easily. So how do you guys like my form ?

    hard trainer posted that video today and it got bashed so he took it down because he was upset (baby). So now someone comes on here and this is their first post?? give me a break......this has to be hardtrainer or someone fucking around. last week swordfish posted a picture of that sloppy fat kid Kahn and said he was a really smart trainer.
