    Overhead Squats?

I am doing Westside and where would I include OH squats in my routine? I am thinking is a core stability exercise so it will replace a lower back or ab exercises

    My leg routine is like

    ME lower

    Squats/deadlifts
Weakness: Hams e.g. ham raises, SLDL
Lower back.. either hypers or GM
    Abs

    DE lower
    Speed squats
    Hams (same as above)
    Lower back (same as above)
    Light abs

Since OH squats will work the quads, should i do it after squats?

You could put it on its own day if it gets in the way of other things...

Since you will be ablee to do almost no weight on overhead squats
    when starting out...

Do them before regular squats as a warmup/stretch for the bigger weight -

I would do them on either day as my repetivie work following either my max effort exercise or my dynamic effort exercise.

This is true. I tried them today with the bar. It wasn't pretty. I think I'm going to wait quite a while before incorporating these into my routine. I'm changing my ATG back squats to front squats though, just for the fun of it.

I like to do exercises like that at the end of my workouts as a finisher. It's really up to you though. I don't think it's going to matter all that much. I would, however, prioritize my weak points over that lift on a routine like Westside.

I did notice, though, that my delts are wiped after several sets of these, despite the intense delt work that I do. This may be something to consider, pyro.

By the way, dig the name. Good that you can admit that you have a problem. That is the first step to recovery.
