Question Is this enough for shoulders?

I do shoulders on the day i do my legs and i was going to do something like...

    3 x Dumbbell press 8 - 12 reps
    3 x Rear lateral raises 8 - 12 reps

is this enough for my shoulders or should i throw some more exercises in there

i just dont want to overtrain my shoulders cause i know ur shoulders get a workout when doing bench press

    Thanks!

I did shoulders on leg day for a while too... I just did seated DB presses and standing lat raises... It should be enough for a while, but make sure to change things up every 8 or so weeks.

Well, if you make progress, then yes it's enough. Assuming you're hitting up other compound push movements like the bench press and dips, you are probably doing enough. A lot of people keep their direct shoulder training fairly low in volume.

I do those too but I love to add heavy shrugs. I don't feel the same the day after if I don't. Like I didn't work hard enough, but that's me. We're all different.

    2 sets military press (heavy,standing)
3 sets lateral raises (dumbell or machine or both)
3 sets shrugs ( heavy, dumbell or smith)

I've always thought it's a little weird how people do their traps (shrugs) on shoulder day... I always do it with my back... I guess it's just what you're used to.

It depends on what you do the rest of the week for your workouts.....but I would say absolutly not enough.

seated Db press 4 sets of 6-12 reps
side latterals 3 sets of 8-12
upright rows 3 sets of 8-12
Shrugs 3 sets of 8-12 reps

    Do rear deltoids with lats.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
