    Shoulder training

I have noticed that my shoulders never feel sore the next day after my workout of :

    military press: 3sets of 8
cuban press: 3 sets of 8
    side raises:3 sets of 8

The only time my shoudelrs are sore is the day(s) benching. Should i lower my reps on my shoulder day to feel the soreness the next day? or what should i do?

You should not worry about whether or not your shoulders get sore, as long as you are making progress in the mass and strength department, or whichever of the two if what you're aiming for.

I agree. However, I know what it's like not to feel sore for something you really should. For example, I've never gotten sore from BB benching. I have no idea why - I'm doing it the same style as I did DB benching, and I was progressing in weight, but I never got sore. Of course, I didn't really view this as a bad thing, because I'd rather be DOMS free myself. I like to think of it as having adapted so much that the workout didn't even phase me (which I know doesn't make sense because I'm still making gains, but we can ignore this for our purposes).
