    Bad Cut, Good Bulk

Hear me on this. Age, injury's and cuttining can take it's toll. As embarrassing as this is to me to state, I'll do it anyway. Last Sept I could incline bench 390 lbs for one rep. After getting away from gear, tearing a left rotator cuff, tearing a double tendon in the left elbow and cutting for 11 months and dropping 63 lbs my incline press for one rep went all the way down to 195 lbs. Dumbells on the flat press went down to 65 lbs for 8 reps.
Well I'm feeling better after 3 weeks and bulking. I have no idea what I did to my system, but things are back on the rise. Today while working DB's, I did a working set (DOGG CRAPP TRAING) of inclines 90lb DB's and it look like this.

    90 lbs 13 reps 12 deep breaths
    90 lbs 6 reps 12 deep breaths
    90 lbs 2 reps.

This is all three weeks later. Point here is Diet is everything as far as I'm concern. I feel that within another month, I'll be back and stronger then ever. Not only that I will start my year long gear cycle 10/2.

Everyone hits their rough spots, and you hit a Hell of one. Tearing a rotator cuff and a double tendon in the elbow would set anyone back. It's all about making your way back to where you were!
