    Question getting the middle of the chest to grow

    yes i know you can't islolate a part of the chest but is their any exercise that will make the line go up the middle of the chest grow? i was thinking cg benchpress?......or is it a thing that you have it or you don't?

    yeah but my dad is 5'6 and my moms about the same and my dads not very muscular but he has the line goin up the middle of his chest
