    Pull-Ups

Would like to start incorporating them into my routine. My question is, what area of the body should I include it as an exercise? I mean on the day that I work that specific area. So what area should I include it?

It also indirectly hits the biceps; most back exercises hit the biceps quite a bit and many people's biceps exhaust before their backs do. I've never really heard of it hitting the triceps very hard before though.

Look to the right on this page to see the muscles that get hit directly or indirectly.

Just remember, biceps do elbow flexion and triceps extension. So, in the case of a movement like upright rows (Often deemed a shoulder movement, although it's really a pulling movement that hits a lot of back muscles) your biceps are working. Don't just associate chest & shoulders with triceps, although that is the case the vast majority of time.

These are also fun to do as part of a push-pull routine. Try some weighted push-ups supersetted with pullups.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
