    Cutting Bodyfat

I am 17 years old. 5 foot 10 almost 200 lbs, and its not all muscle. I am guessing I am around 20-25% bodyfat. People say I look 160-170 lbs
Anyway here is why I am here.
I have this thing where i am afraid it may be a gyno problem, but some people are saying that if I cut my bodyfat it might go away. So how do I do this?

I was in your exact same position a year ago man. First, go to the diet and nutrition page and look at the stickies. Develop a healthy diet as that is by far the most important aspect of cutting bodyfat and post it for critiques. Stick with it any way you can, if your serious about losing fat then get serious about following a good diet. Cardio at least 3 times a week in my case preferably HIIT training is important as well and dont forget to lift as building muscle will help lose fat as well. I had the gyno problem too but after going from 22% body fat to 9% now, it is much less noticable.
