    Bulked up pictures

    Could you please post some pics of bodybuilders bulked up (doesn't have to be pros in particular)

    doing a bulk so want to see what i am aimimg for (never been bulked up in my life always been a little skinny bean pole)

    nothing much is up

    Still struggling to gain weight myself

    But i have started eating more the last two days so i will see how it goes and keep it up.

    I don't think bulking above 15% body fat or so is the best idea. Not only do you start encroaching on unhealthy territory, but increased fat stores mean increased conversion of testosterone to estrogen, which will create a vicious cycle of adding on more fat as opposed to muscle.

    Not to mention, I don't think what a pro looks like in the off-season is indicative of what you should look like.
