I think you should do whichever form of cardio you can do safely and enjoy more.

I suggest starting with a balanced diet and only resorting to low carb diets if a properly planned balanced diet fails you. Definitely eat high amounts of protein though. You don't need 500g a day, but increased protein intake is associated with better retention of LBM during catabolism.

I think most would go nuts eating like that, but it also lacks a lot of important nutrition. I think some variety in foods is a good idea from a health standpoint. Check this out:

Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

You really don't need to do any cardio if your diet is planned properly, but it is certainly a good idea. The point is, do whatever you are comfortable with. If 2-3 days a week is all you can muster up, then you will still receive improved cardiovascular fitness and accelerate your fat loss.

don't depend on a big calorie reduction to lose eat 6 small meals of clean healthy food and do cardio at least 40 minutes 5 or 6 days a week on top of a weight routine 3 times a week. working like crazy for me.

Don't look back ~ You're not going that way!

Hell I sent it to you three times. No one esle has ever complained and all have said thanks. I know several that are very happy and gaining weight on there bulk with little or no fat and the rest are holding LBM while cutting. I don't want to her that my diet's don't fuvking work. I dropped 74 lbs and only loss 9 lbs of LBM. If someone on this board can compete with that, please inform me. I don't have a masters in NUTRITION but have as much schooling or more in it as a person with a PHD. The only thing is my schooling is from back a few years ago, but is still very effective. Trust me on that
