    Sex b4 workout?

    im just wondering if its bad to "bust a nut" b4 u workout
    does it actually lower ur testosterone and affect your overall workout for tht day?

    cause i have to do alittle cardio right hehe

    after i have sex i always feel weak and limp

    Don't overthink it. If you can get laid, then go for it. Don't worry about its effect on your workout!

    from my personal exp, it does and it doesint. sometimes i do feel weaker and sometimes i dont even think about it. i guess its in your head. if i were you tho, I would wait till after your workout man.

    a few hours before workout is ok but just don't do it right before.

    If you bust a nut before your workout you will lose 10-15 lbs every workout....so make sure you don't nut ever again.

    i did it 4 times one night, i would say in a 4 hour span...worked out later that night and was a little weak actually. And no, it was not just in my head.

    right after for me, if before i feel weak. but after im more energized...specially after seeing some of the :cough: sites on the treadmills...lol

    WHat about beating the meat? It seems a bit less strenous. And since I can't spit game and don't have ripped pectorals capable of benching 405 for 8 reps, for the time, I aint gettin none anyways.

    If I beat my meat within 2 hours of the workout, I am noticeably weaker.
