    Hi,

If my girlfriend works out her chest, will her breasts grow a little?

95 times out of 100 skinny girls have small breasts, if you/she wants them to grow you have 2 choices.

    1.Put on body fat.

Working a muscle does not increase chest fat. It will tighten up the base of the breast perhaps making them appear firmer/tighter and thats it.

If they're small, tightening/building up the muscles may appear to make them a little bigger and higher, but that's it.

I sincerely doubt it will have any effect on the size of her breasts.

It doesn't make mine grow, but it does tighten them up, causing them to feel fake. lol
