Must be nice to not have a job, have your parents send you to school
so all you have to do is workout, eat, and sleep for two years -

(I want to shoot that kid in the head with my AR-15 - )

Well, I don't wanna make judgements, but with such protein intake (around 450g/day I think), he forgot an important part, he was juicing.

LAM, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it when you are on steroids that you need a extremely high protein intake?

That kid ain't gon BS me that with GNC Mono and ON's 100% Whey he did it, yeah right!

The kid's stroy is the most common things...I done the same thing (128-185) in the 6 months. Flakko I also think he's on, but that has nothing to do with protein intake???

He looks really watered up. Maybe to many orals. Looks like a water buffalo

Monkey boy...I am fortunate enough to get sent to school (patial scholarship) and I do work part time at Caterpillar (even though my first two year I didn't)

Do want to shoot me in the head too...a little jealous?

not really, it's a common misconception that in general you need a high protein intake to create new muscle tissue. if you have a postive protein/nitrogen balance (taking in more protein then you are losing) then your body has enough for anabolic activities.

example: you are 200 lbs @ 10% bf and your protein intake is 300 grams of day. say you were to take both blood urea nitrogen and urine urea nitrogen samples and the readings showed that you indeed have a postivie nitrogen balance. increasing your protein intake to 350-400 grams, etc would not have any greater effect on anabolism.

LAM... this is astonishing, and I have heard this before. It seems that this is a common arguement, how much protein and all. How does one take a nitrogen reading? Is there a sort of litmus paper that one can get, somewhat like that used for testing swimming pool chlorination? Pardon the silly question, I genuinely do not know.

Let's see... do pretty much all of the other countries in the world hate the United States? Yes.

It may not be of jealousy in this case, but when someone else doesn't have to work as hard as you do for the same things, it can be frustrating. I have, for example, a friend who hardly works at all, yet gets paid very highly. He doesn't have to work as hard as I do or as long, but he still gets a lot more money because he knows someone. On the other hand, I'm working very hard both at a part-time job and at running my own business. That's not easy to do when you also go to school five days a week.

Oh yeah, I have to balance working out and my (semi-existent) social life with all that too.

Of course I don't mind. Free advertisement rules. Simply click the link in my profile labeled 'Grenzo Computer Systems.' I made the site myself (and no I didn't use a program to do it for me, except for Notepad of course) and it pretty much explains what we do. Oh, and if you want a better deal than what's on there, just send me a PM or email me at grenzocomputers@gmail.com.

Thanks. I agree totally; it makes it much more rewarding getting money when you know that you earned it in a way deeper than receiving a paycheck from your employer.

Well, I did what I could with the skills I have. It's a work in progress, and I just tried to make it professional above all else - no flashy pictures, etc. Of course, I could do that, but I don't have enough bandwidth really. I would be very interested in hearing any suggestions you may have. It is probable that I overlooked something very obvious - it's just what I do.

ofcourse I have been there!! When i was going to school we didn't have a football stadium *(just a practice field) so all our home games were played at Chardon High. (They have since built a football stadium on the campus). When I am home I train at King's gym in bedford OH. Great place, they host powerlifting meets there a lot too.

That's weird. My cousin's husband goes to King's (his name is Mark Katrinak, perhaps you know him but I don't know how big the gym is) and he wanted me to go one weekend to train and see how it is. I couldn't because I had work and homework. I really hope I can go soon though; I've been dying to see this place and do an actual workout with him.

For starters, a clear and easy system of navigation, which your site lacks, is probably one of the most important things a site can have. You want the user to be able to navigate throughout the whole site easily, without having to hit the back button or having new windows pop up when they click on a link.

Actually I've been meaning to fix the new window links. It gets kind of annoying after a while. Would you suggest a left frame or something to that effect? The whole point of the extremely simple design of my site was so people could find their way around easily. That's pretty much the first thing I learned about a site - easy navigation is key. If I put a frame on the side, I also wouldn't know what to put on my home page because it's pretty much all links. Hmm...

you also need to some images of some of the systems, etc. most people are very visual when it comes to shopping online.

being so young with your own business is outstanding !

Yes, but do not use frames, they went out of style long ago. You can accomplish having the navigation on the left side by either using tables or CSS layout techniques, tables would probably be more appropriate since CSS gets tricky. But definitely learn CSS eventually for styling elements as it saves lots of code space. A standard website would probably have the banner with the company's logo on top, the links on the left, the content on the right, and a simple footer on the bottom. On the main page sites usually have general info about the company, About Us.

This might get messed up but it is worth a shot (pretend the .... are not there.)
