    Could I get a 6 pack in a month?

What exercises could I do to get a 6 pack in a month (not a week) Or is it possible? If not could I get it in 2 months? It's easy to get arms and I've got good arms already... I'm just wondering what should I do?

you can't really direct your training to get abs.

Getting abs is 90% diet and patience Chris.

put on weight and stop worrying about abs for now.

    You are young don't worry.

just go on a big bulk but don't get fat. Then cut for a bit and you might see some improvement.

Sounds like it's a genetic thing?

Dude if your not fat then just do sit ups everyday. Damn people make things seem so difficult. If u have low bodyfat then you dont have to work your ass off to get a 6 pack.I stopped doing sit ups years ago and I still have my 6 pack.

you need to increase the size of your abdominal muscles by using weighted exercises
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

ok if your real skinny you don't need cardio just eat alot in carbs, protein and fats and if you have like a 25lb plate or something like that put it across your chest and do situps/crunches thats what weighted means

i good way to do sit-ups is to lie down and hold a plate with both hands arms stretched out straight above your head and rep out like that.

no sugar soda is not a magic formula.

concentrate on pasta, potatoes, rice, etc for your carb sources.
    Bread wouldn't hurt you too.

pasta/rice/potatoes with chicken/beef/fish with a glass of water/milk. Chuck some veg in some meals <---- that's what you should be eating

remember eat 6+ medium meals a day. Throw in some cheat meals now and then at 103lbs really won't matter.

It's all about staying anabolic and being consistent.

Doing situps isn't going to make you lean, and crunches are better for the abdominal wall anyway. I used to do 127 situps in 90 seconds, 70 situps isn't shit. I have also done over 1000 consecutively for days on end, that wont get you ripped either.

How tall are you? I outweighed you by 50 pounds at your age and I was not big.

It might just be me, but I think Imwithstupid926 is playing with everyone. Or at least I REALLY hope he is playing....
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

It seems a little odd that someone who is 13 years old has never heard of "cardio." Although I suppose its possible that television really does rot kids' brains.
