    Leg workout first since april when i wieghed 60 pounds!

    Fageting up it has been so long ! ok here we go !


    Sqauts:65 lbs 15 reps 3 sets
    Raises:65 lbs 15 reps 3 sets
    2 leg extentions 50 pounds 15 reps 3 sets
    1 leg extentions 25 lbs 15 reps 3 sets



    Hopfully I will be able to get the nice machine at sears so i can do leg press!

    You're better off buying a squat rack (if you don't already have one). You can buy one used for $70 - $100 if you need to watch your budget.
    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group

    Good to see you hitting your legs. Don't forget about hip extension and knee felxion. Some deadlifts/good mornings and hamstring curls/glute ham raises should definitely creep their way into your routine.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
