    I don't think its synthol. When someone injects synthol there is no "flex" it just sits in one position...Not that I am experienced w/ it, but I've read your muscles do not move when you use it

    Well you have no frame of reference. Maybe that's what his bicep looks like all the time. Have you seen Greg Valentino? Do a search on Google. His biceps are permanently "flexed."
