    Routine, I NEED ONE

    I need a routine, since I'm so busy in the week does anyone have a fitness routine for abs and arms that I could use? I can work out legs easy. My week is looking like:


    Monday- School 8:00AM Till 3:00PM
    Tuesday-School 8:00AM till 1:15PM Band 1:15PM till 3:00PM
    Wednesday-School 8:00AM till 3:00PM
    Thursday-School 8:00AM till 3:00PM Band 6:00PM till 9:00PM
    Friday-School 8:00AM till 3:00PM
    Saturday-Free
    Sunday- Church in the morning free the rest of the day

    I need like a Do 100 arm curls from 1:00-3:00, sorta like that. Could anyone help?

    Designing a Full Body Routine
    Designing a Split Routine

    Check those out, and design a workout that you can do Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so that you have the weekends totally free. Each workout should only take you an hour or so. From 3:30-4:30 after school or something like that would be perfectly fine.
