I guess it looks fine, but define "bad back." If you just mean you have a weak lower back (Like many), then not training it is a pretty bad idea.

pinched nerves that flair up very easy from a buldging disk. Sometimes something silly like twisting in a wierd way or carrying something awkward will literally put me out for weeks. So will shoveling the walkway when it snows.

Even loads like GMs dont bother me nearly like shoveling would. I dug a pit just last week in fact for a couple hours, nothing like being in the weight room.

Lower back training has saved me from probably many episodes of falling over in pain, I have dropped to the floor before from pinched nerve issues but haven't had an episode in years and when I had problems I was probably half the strength I am now.

I guess I could start with a real light deadlift and slowly work my way up. What do you think, should I do those on mon?

I say do them instead of seated leg press on one of the days you do them. Whichever you prefer. I would definitely do them before seated rows if you do those on Friday though.
