I don't base my goals on numbers. I use the mirror. If I started adding too much chunk, then I will cut down. Simple as that.
hey i just added some pics was wandering if you could help - when you try to bulk do you guys aim for a weight then cut down from that or just progressively try and add more mass and see how it goes? I'm only 142lbs atm and basicaly wandering what i should roughly be shootin for? (i realise personal goals will influence how much but im just thinking i wanna be bigger atm and im a rooky to bulkin) hmmm maybe this shuda gone in diet section - oh well.
