The past topics I have read about biceps talk about getting them cut. However, I have increased strength on every single other body part, but biceps. Shit, curls at 135lbs on a BB was done maybe 3 years ago and really, that max hasnt changed. Id say that was done with shitty form too.
When one biceps workout gains, the other loses. Meaning, if I can preacher curl say um 115lbs for 3 sets of 6, the following workout will suffer tremendously. Overtrained? Maybe. I have just taken out biceps all together and used them on back days. After a given back workout, I would do 2 excercises, 2 sets each of hammer curls. One standing and one on the preacher. Burns like a bitch, but god knows if this will increase strength. What has increased strength for everyone else? |
