Going good the way to a 6 pack

Ok, I found a better way to do a set up, (by hugging yourself sorta) then I'm eating better. I'm usually eating: Breakfast: Ham, Eggs, Cheese (and lots of it); Usually for lunch: Turkey club sandwich, Diet soda; For dinner: Chicken, Pasta, Green beens, sugar free desert. I've got a 2 pack (not 2pac) and it's going fine. I'm hoping to have my full muscle by next year July. Thanks everyone for your support. Is there anything I might need to change?

Yeah. There is a lot you could change to improve your results. Goto the diet section and read the stickies. Apply that information to your diet.
