    Chest flat for days!

hey guys i have a problem with my chest, which it started like this..i had a lot of free time due to the fact that i was on holidays and i trained my chest with shoulders one night and then at the end of the session i noticed that my chest looked incredibly flat and that my shoulders looked a lot bigger when i was standing side on. My chest side on looks usually pretty good but after this weight session it looked very flat and i could feel my collar bones a lot more easily. So out of frustration i trined my chest again the next day with back and still my upper chest did not get back to it's normal size. Then three days after it didn't increase with size at all, even after 3 days rest!! So i trained just chest with upper chest exercises and now it has been 2 days later and my upper chest is gradually getting it's original size back but my question is why did my upper chest lose such size and protrution and just stayed ''deflated'' for days despite the fact my weight was still the same and i was eating just as much as before.. please help guys??

Maybe it has something to do with...

    you being fucking retarded.

Seriously, what kind of question is this? Are you trying to talk about the "pump" of your chest muscles?

You are one heartless bastard! Did ever stop to think that BigBiceps is a woman?!

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

If you're working out other body parts (and I hope you are) you'll find that this happens with every other muscle. That feeling will come back the next time you do your chest routine.

You could be carb depleted and/or dehydrated....your body will not change in a day or a week so the problem is something to do with diet or is just in your head.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Don't worry about it, you'll be fine. At least you posted your age and seem like a nice young guy. Keep working out and feel free to ask all the questions you want.
