    Question question on forearm

On my bicept days After a couple sets of curls, my forearm feels all tight and pumped up. It ends up hurting a lil later making me stop working out my biceps when I clearly can do a lot more..

do i need to stretch more? rest my forearms? whats wrong?

When you curl the BB/DB it is natural to pull your wrist up (like in a wrist curl) as you perform a bicep curl. Try to keep your wrist "back" and eliminate the forearm from the movement. It is harder to do with heavy wts (rep ranges of 4-6). However with lighter wts (rep ranges 8-15) curls, you can concentrate and keep the wrist back. Imagine the wts are not in your hand, but at your wrist. This may be a lame explaination, but similar to how spiderman shots his web, he pulls his wrist back. Hey, I said web, not wad.
