My heart rate is always over 150+ when I'm going more than 6.0 MPH on the treadmill.
Does the intensity of your cardio workout affect what it does for you (ie fat-burning vs. something else)? I basically am looking to burn fat as efficiently as possible, but someone suggested that it would be best for me to do more time at a lower heart rate (like 140 or so) rather than the 160+ HR cardio I usually do.
depends on your age and health
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Higher intensity is definitely better for burning fat. Try a HIIT routine (or phase into it if you're just starting to get into shape).
Whether you believe you can or believe you can't, you're right!

Formula for target heart rate is 220 minus your age multiplied by 60%-80%.
To burn fat and not muscle keep it around 65% of you max heart rate. Over 80 for the heart.
