You're asking the rest of us what we'd do, but what's more important here is what YOU want. We all have different goals. You need to decide if getting cut is more important or bulking. (My personal goal is to cut some more, because I think lowering my body fat makes my muscles LOOK bigger than they really are because of the cuts you get.)
Whether you believe you can or believe you can't, you're right!

I'm pretty sure you are not at your genectic peak. I suggest keep gaining weight. Post your routine and your diet. If you can't get over 180 pounds I bet you are doing something wrong.

It just takes time.....and the bigger and stronger you get the harder and longer it takes to gain more. Just be patient, work hard eat well and don't expect to gain more than 5-10 lbs of pure muscle a year at this point.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Have to agree with Dr. E. Just keep eating and don't worry about the gut. The hardest thing to do is add muscle. Man you have to eat and eat more. You can always lose the gut but adding the muscle is a different thing.

The ave person can get to 3 x there height in weight if the eat real good. The guys that want to get real big go for 4 x. So for you 3 x 69 inches is 207 lbs. anywhere between 3 and 4 is good. I'd just keep lifting and eating until your the size you want.
Roght now I'm on a bulk and will stay on it for the next year. That's the hardest part is eating 6 x a day 7 days a week. Hell I'd be happy with three meals and 6 drives me up the wall. I'm taking in 5000 calories right now (clean cal's) and cut off all carbs after 4 pm. Now that's a lot of food when it's clean.
