    Cardio everyday

I am sure this asked been discussed MANY times but how many people do cardio EVERYDAY? I have changed my routine recently and its:

    Mon: Legs
    Tues: cardio
    Wed: arms/shoulders
    Thrus:cardio
    Fri:Chest/back
    Sat:cardio
    Sun: OFF or light cardio

And its seemed that I have gained . . fat? Now, when I do cardio everyday I lose quick. I guess I know what works for me!???

I seldom have the time to do cardio every day...
I usually go day on, day off...

Plus that gives me a day to rest specific muscles after lifting

When lifting and eating big... I usually try to do only 3 days a week cardio...
(But of course I get fat using this formula)

whats your arms and rest of u like coz u dont look to have much fat at all from those pictures. are you tall or short? how old are you? it seems a bit weird you having to do cardio everyday to keep the weight off. if your training (weights and cardio) 6 times a week i dont see how you are 'getting fatter'. all i can think of is kcal intake? is your diet clean?

There's nothing wrong with doing cardio every day. I just simply don't like it myself.

Have you ever considered changing your weight training workouts to full body or upper-lower splits and utilizing circuit training? You may be able to reap the same benefits without having to do cardio daily. Of course, if you actually enjoy doing that much cardio, then by all means.

I love doing some cardio everyday except on the day of and the day after leg day (cuz my quads & calves are dead), so I'm glad to hear that that's okay.

But Anna, don't go overboard with obsession over fat -- you look stunning in your pics.
