    How much of your total work out time for a week is dedicated to cardio and resistence work?

    cardio 25% - Resistance 75%...................thats the plan, but if I skip something its only the cardio.....so more like 90/10

    I typically hit the weights for 45 minutes 3-4 times per week. I do cardio an average of 25-30 minutes twice a week, but sometimes a little more.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
