It's not being able to complete another rep with good form.
Whats failure? Cause ive heard it reffered to often but i dont know what it means. does it have to do with something along the lines of that final rep in a set in which your form becomes flawed?

Is this a bad thing? What i mean is, if infact you know that the next rep will be failure, then avoid that last rep?
O and as well, i know a guy who was arm wrestling and he "blew out" his bicep. It looks like a half a bicep, like a really pointy bicep and the doctor said its permanently screwed. Is that possible and doesnt it mean that this could happen just as easily if your working out.

Failure is fine when working out.
if you can get some forced reps in or do what i do, Get some negatives in and cheat.
