Whats failure? Cause ive heard it reffered to often but i dont know what it means. does it have to do with something along the lines of that final rep in a set in which your form becomes flawed?

Is this a bad thing? What i mean is, if infact you know that the next rep will be failure, then avoid that last rep?

O and as well, i know a guy who was arm wrestling and he "blew out" his bicep. It looks like a half a bicep, like a really pointy bicep and the doctor said its permanently screwed. Is that possible and doesnt it mean that this could happen just as easily if your working out.
