    Full ROM

Doing Full ROM on exersizes that involve the shoulders seems to me that it would be detrimental to your rotators, shoulder joints, tendons, etc, over time. Is there any truth to this? When body builders do dumbell military press, I always see them stop when the bottom of the dumbell reaches the bottom of their ear.

As far as I know, a full range of motion should always be used unless your body protests, and it will if it doesn't agree with your structure. Most bodybuilders also do half squats. Don't base any decision you make on what you see other bodybuilders doing.

going bellow parallel on that exercise will recruit more fibers in the triceps. if you are trying to limit the amount of stimulation that the triceps get in oh pressing movements then you stop at parallel
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Why is that? Because of the additional stretch?
