BB Rows, how bent over?

When doing BB rows, should one bend over to 45 degrees or all the way to 90?

its harder to bend over to 90 when you are using heavy weight, so i usually do it around 45,50 degrees too.

I'm usually about 30-45. Sometimes I go all the way for shits and giggles. I just do what feels comfortable really.

I used to do it at 90 degrees years ago but after seeing Yates do it at 45 degrees I copied him and it felt easier on my back.
