Advanced powerlifting tip
If you are having problem increasing your bench press or any other exercise over a bench. Try a taller bench, throw away the 2 feet and buy a 4 feet bench. Put it to use the power of potential energy. When you are lying down in the ground, potential energy is zero but if go up a few inches, it already increases. If you fall, potential energy turns to kinetic energy. But since you wont do that, you will be actually charging up for a sweet exercise.
Rise. |

That's the good thing about my Gym, it has three floors so whenever I get stuck at a certain weight I just take the elevator and I am able to add at least 10 more pounds on my bench per floor.
