    Importance of Chains

When recording a vid on a recent Bench, strap chains on each end of the bars, then position the camera so the chains aren't showing! This way, the chains are the ones supporting the weight, not you!

Isn't Lee Delroy actually the banned member 'Tree'?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group

about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Could you show us a diagram? I usually just use big styrofoam plates painted black to impress people.

I dont think anyone takes a video of stationary barbells. Chains dont support weight and move without people pulling, and I highly doubt someone would be up in the rafters pulling hundreds of pounds on a chain.

Besides, bar speed and travel would give it away. The last time someone claimed a video was fake, they were obviously blind or mentally deficient.
